After leaving Sigges town, we drove to a place at the East coast called Oxelösund, from pictures it looked real cozy, and Mom had found a place on internet to park Adrienne that looked nice. When we got there it was dirty and windy, and the view not exactly what we were looking for. We also tried to figure out what that statue was supposed to be ?

Mom made supper, we ate and than moved on to a place closer to town and a harbor for small boats, (and billions of seagulls) She spotted a seal, quickly out with the camera before he dives.............he didn’t move ? as it turns out he never moves. It was a statue.....hahaha

Mom still insists on getting up waaaay to early in the morning, usually around 6 AM............I refuse to get up and stay in bed.

 this past Wednesday we both got up in a hurry at 4.30 AM............there was a seagull invasion............you should have heard the noise they made, we sat quiet and looked out the window, no point talking,we couldn’t hear each other anyway. Mom was so stunned she didn’t even pick up the camera...................it didn’t last long so I went back to bed, but Mom stayed up and made coffee..............why I said ? nobody else is up...............well there was a Brittish guy in a sailboat.....

This town was nothing like we thought,  we walked around the harbour. We spotted pink bicycles that was for rent, but found out it was only for boaters...........how silly............guess Moms money aren't good enough ?

Maybe it's too early in the season ? the flowers in the welcome sign at the town entrance hasn't been planted ? and nothing in the boat pots ?  Maybe town is short of money for not renting bicycles to everyone ?

I did run into a cute girl, but she didn't want anything to do with me..................too bad, we could have had a great time.

We started up real early and headed south towards Moms puppy friends house, you know Lotta that came and visited us a while back. Now Mom is getting comfortable piloting Adrienne so here goes the camera shooting while driving again.

Notice our president who came along and nods his head approving of everything we do......

What on earth is this ? looks scary ...............like from some sience fiction movie or .........

at Lottas house there was little kittens everywhere, but unfortunately not very friendly. Reminded me of my own cat I used to have at home..............spitting and hissing even if just look at them, still very cute...........too bad we couldn't make friends.

this guy was hissing just to see a picture of me.............or maybe he was laughing at Mom ?

So many pretty flowers and bushes in Lottas garden, I can tell Moms fingers were itching to start working.

Think she's having gardening abstinence.... 

Yesterday was Swedens 4th of july, which they celebrate June 6 ?.....................strange .

I'll write about that a little later, it's time for my morning walk..........

Hi Buttons, looks like you are having a nice time in Sweden and I guess that you have so far been very lucky with the weather. Pity you didn't stop in the lovely town of Trosa when you were not too far away. We will be there in the beginning of July for a week or so and then we will return and take our car with us in August. If Mum like us to get in touch, ask her to give me her Swedish mobile telephone number (that no-one will see as my comments have to be accepted before I migth choose to publish them) Keep having a nice trip. It hasn't been easy to get Mom to help me with my story, because now Mom got a book that completely mesmerized her. The author is from her puppy town and the story is about a woman's life and struggles to live in Northern Sweden from 1896 to 1985. ...

Ever since we arrived in Mom's puppy town she's been sleeping later and later in the mornings, this morning she didn't get up until 7.30, that's a record. I think she's reminiscing back to her teens? Here I'm running after the ball at the same fiel...
